A Letter to Mr. Kim Jong Un

The Asia Pacific Regional Committee for Peaceful Reunification of Korea (APRCPRK) has issued a letter to Mr. Kim Jong Un in an Enlarged Meeting in April 25, 2023, from Jakarta. The letter is to support the Korean people and their struggle under the leadership of Mr. Kim Jong Un.

The Asia Pacific Regional Committee for Peaceful Reunification of Korea (APRCPRK) would like to extend our warmest greetings of congratulations to Your Excellency on the 91st founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army (KPRA).

At the same time, we also have a great honor to inform you that the APRCPRK convened its Enlarged Meeting on this meaningful day and formed the Asia-Pacific Regional Preparatory Committee to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Korean people's Victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War and the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The fact that the KPRA was founded by the great President KIM IL SUNG 91 years ago was a historic event that brought a drastic turn to not the revolutionary struggle of the Korean people and army building but the struggle for the national liberation throughout the whole world.

The glorious and bright history of KPRA which defeated the strong Japanese aggressors and achieved Korean liberation after the arduous armed struggle of ten odd years still inspires and encourages the world's progressive people even today as well as in the last century as a great example for the national liberation struggle in colonial countries.

Even when the Korean People's Army which inherited the glorious revolutionary traditions of the anti-Japanese armed struggle was only 2 years old, it demonstrated the dignity of heroic Korea to the whole world inflicting a crushing defeat on the US-led imperialist allies in the Fatherland Liberation War under the leadership of President KIM IL SUNG.

Availing ourselves of this opportunity, we would like to pay our highest tribute to the great President KIM IL SUNG, the founder and leader of KPRA and KPA and our respect goes to the martyrs who laid down their lives for the freedom, independence and liberation of the country in the anti-Japanese war and Fatherland Liberation war.

We are happy to see that the heroic KPA frustrated the enemy's ceaseless moves of aggressive provocations to reliably defend security, prosperity and happiness of Korea and her people.

The great leader Comrade KIM JONG IL developed the KPA to be an invincible revolutionary army with the original Songun politics and turned the DPRK into a world military power and nuclear power.

The DPRK and KPA which has covered the ever-victorious journey of 75 years has ushered in the golden age of its development under the sagacious leadership of Respected His Excellency Marshal KIM JONG UN possessed of a total knowledge and understanding of outstanding ideas and art of leadership of President KIM IL SUNG and Comrade KIM JONG IL.

Today Your Excellency with your matchless courage and grit and series of protean stratagems is setting a great example for building a truly independent and righteous state, foiling the growing moves of the hostile forces to isolate and stifle the DPRK, thus rendering distinguished contribution to the global cause of independence.

On this happy occasion we would also like to give our hearty congratulations on the successful test of a new-type ICBM, the Hwasongpho-18 which was launched a couple of days ago under your personal guidance.

The improved war deterrence of the DPRK will surely contribute to peace and security on the Korean peninsula and those of the Asia Pacific region and the world.

Victory and glory will always stand on the way forward of your country, people and the Korean People's Army as long as as they are led by Your Excellency.

We respectfully and wholeheartedly wish Your Excellency in good health and greater success in your important work to develop the DPRK into a prospering socialist power and safeguard the peace and security of the Korean peninsula and those of the region and the world.
