The Asia Pacific Regional Committee for Peaceful Reunification of Korea (APRCPRK) feel tremendous pleasure to communicate to Your Excellency warm greetings and revolutionary congratulations on the great commemorative occasion of 75th anniversary of Korean People's Army which stands today as an indomitable force.
The progressive people of the world join Korean people who are advancing victoriously by foiling the imperialists move towards a new war under the command of KPA and commemorating its 75th foundation day.
The great leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG, an ever-victorious iron- willed, brilliant commander and great military strategist 75 years ago on 8th February 1948 founded the revolutionary armed forces and developed into an invincible force safeguarding the independence and security of Korean people.
Great leader Comrade KIM JONG IL who performed undying exploits and carried forward the cause of Juche oriented army building, remarkably increased the DPRK's defense capabilities and safeguarded its supreme interests and turned the DPRK into a military power.
The KPA is the unique Juche and Songun based revolutionary armed force of the Korean people, the army of the revolution and the Army of Workers’ Party of Korea performed feats of labor in the socialist construction of the DPRK.
We applaud the Korean People’s Army which has covered the long history of 75 years has entered a new stage of development under the dynamic leadership of Your Excellency Respected Supreme Leader Marshal KIM JONG UN, a man with total knowledge and understanding of military idea and theory of great leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG and Comrade KIM JONG IL.
It is the pride of the Korean people that they under the leadership of Respected Leader Marshal KIM JONG UN build a powerful impregnable socialist fortress of socialism and KPA has been built up as a powerful army that is strong ideologically and spiritually and equipped with nuclear deterrent. DPRK is demonstrating its might as a military power with self-defensive nuclear war deterrent.
Today it is the pride of Juche Korea that the Korean People's Army under the brilliant command of Your Excellency is reliably defending the revolutionary gains, security of the people and the achievements of socialism and independence and sovereignty of DPRK.
Once again we congratulate Your Excellency on the Army day and wish a long life in good health for the ultimate victory of Socialism and for the world peace.
